Hotel Receptionist

The Villa Express is part of The Villa Hotel Group based at junction 3 off the M55 with easy access from Blackpool and Preston.
Duties to include:
• Answering the telephone
• Checking guests in and out
• Taking care of the guests in-house.
Staff Benefits:
• Staff discount at our sister hotels in Wrea Green and Lake District on dining and stayovers
• FREE onsite parking
• Auto-enrolment (optional) into company pension scheme
Competitive rates of pay!
Minimum 4 shifts (32 hours).
To include weekends.
Full training given.
Experience preferred but not essential.

Immediate start!

The Villa Express is part of The Villa Hotel Group based at junction 3 off the M55 within easy access from Blackpool and Preston.

Duties to include:
• Answering the telephone
• Checking guests in and out
• Taking payments
• Taking care of the guests in house
On a rolling rota basis:
• 4 nights on
• 4 nights off
• 32 hours per week – Permanent contract

HOUSEKEEPER – IMMEDIATE START
The Villa Express is seeking to appoint a part-time Housekeeper as and when required.

To ensure all areas, especially bedrooms and bathrooms, adhere to the hotel’s high hygiene standard.
To understand the importance of cleanliness on customer satisfaction.
To have the ability to work well in a team as well as using own initiative.
To have a keen eye for detail. To be hard working and have the ability to work to deadlines.
Must be flexible and able to work weekends, bank holidays shifts on a weekly rota basis.
Must be able to lift items and change beds on a daily basis.
Work experience preferred but not essential as training will be given!
Flexible hours.
