Can you grow peaches in Scotland? Yes lots and lots!! We have loved the first harvest from our poly tunnel peach tree that was kindly gifted to us by Kinlochail Nursery outside of Appin.
We have been treating guests to Grilled peaches and Peach tarts and our favourite recipe from , Peach leaf ice-cream :)

When our amazing volunteers Jo and Jaz aren't busy gardening, they can be found painting, baking, seaweed foraging and even playing the piano :) such an inspiring young couple and we have loved working with them for the past month!

We have had a bit of a week with not one but two incredible authors staying with us this week. There has been a lot of laughs, a fair but of piano playing alongside some really incredible conversations.Thank you to the Reverend Richard Coles and Roger Morgan Grenville for spending a week with us and christening our "Written by Us" guest book shelf
