AG Hotels Group is looking for a General Assistant to join the team at Casa Mere Hotel in a varied, hands-on role where no two days are ever the same ✨

This role involves supporting multiple areas across the hotel including reception, housekeeping, food & beverage and general guest service operations.

Key responsibilities include:
✔ Assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs and general enquiries
✔ Maintaining high standards across guest rooms and public areas
✔ Supporting food & beverage service and basic food preparation
✔ Handling cash and card transactions accurately
✔ Reporting maintenance issues and supporting health & safety procedures
✔ Working closely with the wider hotel team to keep operations running smoothly

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Friendly, reliable and proactive
✔ Flexible with shifts including weekends & bank holidays
✔ Comfortable working across different hotel departments
✔ Passionate about delivering great guest experiences

Previous hospitality experience is helpful, but not essential.
This role requires multitasking in all departments and flexibility to work any shift (weekends & bank holidays included)
