We had some very special visitors at Summer Isle View! 🦌🌿

These beautiful deer wandered right past the cabin, giving us the most wonderful view. One of those magical Highland moments that makes staying here so special. Imagine enjoying your morning cuppa while watching these three just outside! 🤎

🌿 Exciting updates at Summer Isle View! 🌿

We’re delighted to share that the cabin has had a brand-new roof installed, along with a new solar and battery system — plus an EV charging point for our guests. ☀️🔋⚡

These improvements will help reduce the cabin’s carbon footprint and also help offset the environmental impact of everyone who stays with us, making holidays at Summer Isle View a little greener for the future. 🌍

A huge thank you to Marty and Rod at Solar and Wind Applications for all their hard work and support throughout the project. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

We’re excited for guests to enjoy these new eco-friendly upgrades during their stay. 💚

Very windy the last couple of days but it has its benefits
as we now have lots of seals in the bay
I think they are here for a bit of R and R

We had the northern lights tonight and it was quite a display
It was so bright that you could see it even through the clouds
