Late Feb: We are likely to be opening around Easter and the calendar will appear on the booking site in advance of opening. To ensure maximum safety we will continue to leave a week between bookings. We follow the recommended cleaning rules and provide guidance for guests. Fingers crossed.

Good morning. Keeping our regulars and followers up to date.
We only have one week June 4 - 11 + NEW TODAY JUNE 19 -27 available in an otherwise full summer calendar. Thank you to everyone who has looked after our barn and it is great you have enjoyed staying here. No signs of interest in the house sale so the calendar is opening up further into the autumn. The next availability starts September 15th.

Great weather so a busy time catching up outside. Refurbished the garden seat and just started painting the tricky bits on the outside of the barn. The RSPCB is advising not to feed the birds.

Everything is suddenly growing so we have loads of fruit blossom, bluebells, the huge beech trees are showing those beautiful bright green leaves. The hedge rows are full of wild flowers.

To our regular guests and followers. There has been a rush on bookings in the last few days and a special thank you for those guests returning yet again. Another sunset for the hoodlums Alfie and Willow.

Gwelfryn Bach is a delightfully converted barn set in a rural area just a ten minute drive from the beautiful coastal town of Aberaeron. It is family run, fully equipped so just bring personal items, food and drink. Secure car park and garden. Loads of walks and places of interest in the county or just relax and watch the entertaining bird population. Have a look for more details and if you like it make contact.
