🍻 WHO ARE WE? 🍻
We thought it was about time we properly introduced ourselves to those of you who don’t already know us!
We’re Adam and Shannon - a husband-and-wife team running Carstairs Village Inn and juggling approximately 642 jobs between us! 😂
You’ll usually find one of us behind the bar, pouring pints, having a blether and keeping everything running alongside some other friendly faces!
As well as the bar, we both look after our three cosy B&B rooms, making sure everything is spotless and our guests have a lovely stay. Adam also works full-time, is a musician, and teaches guitar lesson… because apparently he doesn’t believe in spare time! 🍺🛏️🎸
Outside the inn, we’re kept even busier by our four girls, our seven-month-old baby girl, plus our three older daughters, aged seven, seven and eight. So between the pub, the B&B, work, music, guitar lessons and family life, we really do have our hands full! 😂👶🏼
Life is busy, occasionally chaotic and there’s rarely a dull moment, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We absolutely love being part of the village and getting to know all the wonderful people who walk through our doors.
