Sometimes the nicest feedback isn’t about the roof box at all.
One of our returning customers, who’s been hiring from us since 2023, recently sent us this message:
“It’s funny, we always have such a good chat with you that it feels like I’m renting the roof box from a friend rather than a business. Haha. Take care of yourselves.” – PW
Messages like this genuinely mean the world to us.
We know we don’t post on social media as often as other businesses do. The truth is, we’re a little old school. We’d much rather spend our time speaking with customers, answering questions, fitting equipment and enjoying those face-to-face conversations that often turn into something far more memorable than just another transaction.
For us, it’s always been about people first.
And then there are the four-legged family members…
One of the joys of hiring a roof box is seeing dogs reclaim the entire boot for themselves. With all the luggage safely stored on the roof, they can travel in comfort with plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the journey. We’d call that one of life’s little luxuries.
