The Flints operates as regular accommodation, you do not need to have special needs or circumstances to book here, so If it's simply a family holiday you are after, The Flints is a guesthouse where you can build those family memories. We believe in being authentic, down to earth and ultimately that by simply being ourselves we can offer hospitality with a difference. We practice a people over profit philosophy , we have THE SAME RATES all year round, with no price hikes for high days and holidays some might call us bad business people, but The Flints isn't just a job to us, it's a way of giving back. And talking about giving back, we also have a pay it forward scheme which enables us to offer holidays to vulnerable people, through our partners ( ask about becoming a partner)

There is a single night surcharge fixed at £5 per person

1 - We're always on the look out for partners to send referrals to us, so if you work/volunteer at a church/school/youth provision/foodbank/social services or indeed work with any vulnerable people who would value a reduced cost holiday, reach out to us
