Lakeland Leisure Homes is a family run, bespoke lodge manufacturing company based in Lancaster. If a customer wants something changing then we’ll do it.

After many years working in the leisure home industry refurbishing timber lodges and constructing hundreds of decked areas to holiday lodges & caravans under the banner of Lakeland Refurbishment it was a natural progression to move into the manufacturing of Timber Lodges.With this in mind Lakeland Leisure Homes was established. Andrew Jenkinson (Managing Director of Lakeland Refurbishment) says ”

we’ve worked on Timber lodges for a long time and we identified the areas of lodge manufacturing that we believed we could improve on, working with the customers to provide them with not just a holiday home but somewhere they could live permanently and designed and built to suit their exact requirements. Whilst we do have specific models,Andrew continues, the designs are not set in stone. We want all our customers to feel completely happy with their new home and to that end Lakeland Leisure Homes will do everything possible to make that happen.

We recently designed and built a brand new rental lodge for Bowland Lakes Leisure Village and we are really pleased with how it turned out. 🥰

This 40' x 16' two bedroom lodge has been thoughtfully designed to feel warm, cosy and comfortable.

*The open plan living space features a corner sofa and a log-burner, 🔥along with a small but functional kitchen and dining space.

* The welcoming hallway has a cupboard for storage space and a built-in bench seat, perfect for kicking off your muddy shoes! 🚶‍♀️

* The main bathroom features a bath with an overhead shower, while the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite with a generously sized walk in shower.

A great example of a truly bespoke lodge, thoughtfully designed and built around our client’s needs, with its intended use as a rental helping to shape the layout and features. ✨

Remember those glimpses of our brand new lodge at Bowland Lakes Leisure Village? Here is a closer look!

Introducing 'The Abbeystead' - our stunning new, 2-bedroom, 36' x 20' lodge. The large open plan kitchen has plenty of storage and features a beautiful waterfall effect island which doubles up as a dining table. The living room includes a charming feature fireplace creating a warm and inviting space.

The master bedroom opens out through French doors onto the decking perfectly positioned to make use of the gorgeous surroundings of fields and woodland. It also includes a walk through dressing area which leads you into a stylish en-suite.

It might be a bit smaller than some of our other lodges but it certainly feels every bit as spacious!

It's always so lovely when a customer shares photos of their lodges after adding a few personal touches to it - and this one looks fabulous! 😁

Designed in soft, neutral colours with a timeless sage green kitchen (a current favourite among our customers 💚), this 2 bedroom 'Scafell' lodge perfectly balances style and comfort. The handy bench seat in the entrance hallway is the perfect spot to kick off muddy shoes after a day of outdoor adventures, while the cosy 3-sided fireplace in the living room offers the perfect place to unwind afterwards! 🔥

We have a multitude of samples for you to choose from including a large range of styles and colours, including blues, greens, blacks, greys, whites and even pink!
