Ok so we are about to submit these plans ! We have been asked too demolish a barn and a cottage at the back which will
Let light in to Victoria terrace and perhaps give them a sea view this leaves two small cottages which we hope to sell to help pay for the restoration of the listed Victoria inn ,.
We are going to reinstate the pub to the ground floor serving drinks and food all day with air B and B / hotels .com rooms above we hope to provide a few jobs in kitchen and bar work and the running of the apartment hotel rooms .
We intend to try and encourage cyclists walkers on the coastal way to use us and hope the pub will be one a asset to the local community, we’ve had a few ideas on food style etc but are still open to ideas ,
Please support this application, it brings the listed building back to life with a full heritage standard restoration, it brings a few much wanted houses to the village without any loss of green field site , they are already here we’re just restoring them , it brings s pub / cafe back to the village and guest rooms where your friends can stay if they visit , there is no new build no extensions,
