🎂ONE YEAR🎂

We can hardly believe we've hit the year milestone, and what a year it's been! It's got us looking back on where we all started - we can hardly remember the 'before'

It seems like the perfect time to thank all our guests from near and far for being part of our journey - it's been a pleasure to have you all visit and experience a slice of Ballymullock Barn Lofts!

We look forward to many return visits, and of course, to welcome even more new guests!

🌸 🐑 🌼Spring 🌼 🐑 🌸

Finally Spring has arrived after what seems like the longest Winter!

One of our favourite and busiest times here at Ballymullock as new life comes to the farm 🐑 🐮 soon there will be lots of little lambs skipping about the fields.

Daffodils are beginning to bloom and brighter days and nights bring excitement for what is looking to be a busy summer ☀️

📍Glenarm Marina

The village of Glenarm is what we would say is 'a stones throw away' from the lofts, with offerings of charm and beauty on the slow road to the Causeway Coast.

It's one of the first spots you would hit when travelling along the Causeway coastal route, nestled at the foot of Glenarm Glen, it's the first of the nine Glens of Antrim

Glenarm offers plenty to see and do:

🚶‍♀️🌊 with majestic coastal walks

🌳 enchanting Glenarm Forest

🛣 Georgian streets with well presevered architecture

⛵️ glistening Marina with it's fully restored harbour and pier

🏞 views of the Glen's and surrounds

🐟views of infamous salmon pods out at sea

🏰 Glenarm Castle and grounds (and all the delights this offers;  we can't help but stop into the tearooms and Walled Garden on our way). This offers a slice of the sixteenth century history

👀 there's something for everyone here with it's breathtaking landscapes and history ... it's a sure place to unwind and let the day pass you by.

How stunning is this 😍

One of Mid & East Antrim's most photogenic locations - the beautiful Gleno Waterfall, looking particularly good in this photograph by taken back when the forest was still wearing Autumn's golden gown 🍂

This spot looks stunning any time off year, and with a car park just a few minutes walk from the falls, it's the perfect place to get some winter air and a few impressive photos!
