As the year begins to wind down, we’ve taken a moment to pause and reflect — and we’re feeling incredibly grateful. This year, we’ve welcomed over 700 wonderful guests through our doors here at Cairnview. 🏡✨

It’s hard to put into words what that means to us. Each visit, each conversation over breakfast, and each shared smile has made Cairnview feel more alive and full of heart than ever. From returning friends to new faces discovering us for the first time — you’ve all played a part in making this year so special.

Running a small bed and breakfast is truly a labour of love, and knowing that so many of you have chosen to spend part of your journeys with us means the world.

From the bottom of our hearts — thank you. Here’s to another year of warm welcomes, peaceful mornings, and lasting memories. 💛

It’s been a little while since we last posted — we’ve been busy welcoming lovely guests, keeping the rooms cosy, and enjoying the beautiful views that make Cairnview so special. 🏡✨

We’re back on here now and excited to share updates, local highlights, and a few glimpses behind the scenes of life at the B&B. Thank you to everyone who’s stayed with us or supported us — your kind words and visits mean the world! 💛

Cairnview is a family run bed and breakfast situated in the village of Ballygally, 4 miles north of Larne on the world famous Antrim Coast Road. We are the perfect base in order to explore Northern Ireland and the many attractions on our doorstep
