Never book one of our cottages through EstateAgents1 or TravelAgents1, these two websites claim to have our details and offer for you to book through them, they have taken information without our permission ...DON'T BOOK via them !!!!
We only do Direct Bookings via our own website
www.waterloofarmholidays.co.uk, and list on Visit Tamar Valley, Simply Cottages, BdC and AbnB. Nowhere else. Anything else is DUBIOUS and unsafe.

The weather has improved ☀️ at last 🥳 and we have been beavering away to tidy up the cottage surroundings after the wettest winter on record, its been a big task, but now we are ready for the season.🧳
I would like to welcome our new Manager, Gary 😇 to the Team, he will be your point of contact during your holiday. I'm still here, just a little more 'behind the scenes' ☕ than before, but you can still rely on our attention to detail and the signature relaxed and welcoming atmosphere here at the farm, some things don't change!

We are in the final weeks of withdrawal from the agency we have used for over 20 years (!) so if you want to book a holiday or see availability, you will need to look on our own website: www.waterloofarmholidays.co.uk and you should be able to see all the available dates by clicking on the individual cottage calendars, and you can send a booking enquiry from there too. We have recently revamped the website so if you encounter any problems, please just message us here.
