Trethorne Hotel & Golf Club

23/10/2026

💨 Storm Austin has arrived at Trethorne! ⛳😂

For the safety of our golfers, we've made the decision to temporarily close the golf course this morning due to the strong winds.

Our Head Course Manager, Justin Austin, is fuming. One Austin causing havoc on the course is bad enough, but two?! 😂💨

The good news is the bar and restaurant are still open for breakfast and coffee, so why not pop in! ☕🥓

We'll keep you updated on when the course reopens.
