Weโ€™re still reflecting on the wonderful afternoon we shared at last weekโ€™s anniversary spa event!

Izzy, our Spa Manager, shares what made the occasion so special:

โ€œIt was a wonderful afternoon spent with our loyal guests, taking the time to understand what they love, welcoming their suggestions and exploring how we can continue to improve. It was also an opportunity to say thank you, showcase our offering, from treatments to retail and share why weโ€™ve chosen to partner with exceptional skincare brands such as Natura Bissรฉ and OSKIA.โ€

Chef Sean has been busy creating this weekโ€™s specials, celebrating the best of fresh, local and seasonal produce from Suffolk and beyond.

To start, enjoy a hearty French onion soup with a Gruyรจre cheese croute, complemented by a chilled glass of our Marquis Pinot Noir Rosรฉ.

To follow, weโ€™d recommend the Suffolk red-legged partridge crown, confit leg bonbon, crushed carrot and swede, infused game crisps and red w**e jus, alongside our Marquis Bacchus, with its delicate hints of elderflower.
