We’ve got a LOT going on at Woodside over Halloween! From spooky trails and tractor rides to moonlit swims, paddleboarding, sauna sessions, pizza, drinks and plenty of time around the firepit… there’s something for everyone. 🔥🎃

✨FRIDAY 23rd October– HALLOWEEN AFTERNOON & EVENING
Kick off Halloween at Woodside with our spooky Halloween Trail, delicious pizza from our visiting pizza van 🍕 and our licensed bar 🍻

Stay awhile, enjoy the firepits, good food, drinks and great company — and if you fancy it, you can book a swim and sauna session too. 🧖‍♀️🔥🏊‍♀️ or just come for the swim and sauna 🤗

🏄‍♀️ SATURDAY 24th October – PADDLE, PLAY & FAMILY FUN
Come paddleboarding in the afternoon if you choose, or/and explore our Halloween Trail and make the most of a visit from our photographer, who’ll be capturing some special family Halloween photographs. 📸🎃

🌿 Menopause & Mother Nature session 🌿

What a beautiful afternoon we had! The sunshine was absolutely glorious… if a little windy! ☀️🌬️

A huge thank you to Jeni and Sian from The Apothecary Shop for sharing such amazing information, knowledge and advice around menopause and how we can support ourselves through this stage of life. 🌸

And then it was time to step outside and connect with Mother Nature 🌿💙

There was something so lovely about seeing everyone chatting, laughing and sharing experiences, before taking that brave first dip into the cold water! 🥶

Then into the sauna to warm up, relax and continue those conversations. 🔥

The cold water, the sunshine, the sauna and the beautiful surroundings were wonderful — but the connection between everyone was the real magic of the afternoon. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our Menopause & Mother Nature session such a special one.

Here’s to more time in nature, more conversations, more laughter and remembering that we’re never alone in this journey. 🌿✨

On Saturday 17th October, we’re holding our first Natures Pause floating session on our conservation lake….

Arrive at 7.45am, ready to float at 8am, for 45 minutes of simply being still and listening to nature around you.

No music. No Sound Bath.

Just you, the water and nature…

💧 Water flowing
🐦 The sounds of the morning
🍂 The rustle of autumn around you

A little Nature’s Pause to breathe, slow down and start your weekend differently.

And afterwards, we’ll bring you back to reality gently with a warm croissant and your choice of coffee, tea or herbal tea. ☕🥐

OCTOBER IS MENOPAUSE AWARENESS MONTH… AND WE HAVE SOMETHING EXCITING TO SHARE! 🌿

We’re holding our very first Menopause & Mother Nature session at Woodside on Tuesday 13th October, 2pm–4.30pm 💜

We’ll begin with a relaxed and informative talk from Jeni from The Apothecary Shop in Ledbury, exploring menopause and the effects of cold-water swimming.

Then it’s time to experience it for yourself…

You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a swim in our lake followed by a sauna session, moving between the cold water and the warmth of our lakeside sauna as many times as you wish.

A chance to learn, connect, chat with other women and take some time for YOU, and we’ll finish with herbal tea, and time to chat.

And because it’s Menopause Awareness Month, we’re offering this special session for just £10.20 when you use the code WILD at checkout. 💜

What an evening!!!

Our Autumn equinox floating sound bath started in daylight and slowly drifted into darkness.

Warm, balmy air, still water and the most beautiful atmosphere - for a while there l, it honestly felt like we were somewhere abroad 🌅

Floating on the lake, listening to the sound bowls and watching the last of the light disappear was pretty special.

And for now, thank you everyone who has floated, relaxed, listened and shared these beautiful evenings with us. 🤎

And a huge thank you to our wonderful team for helping make every session so special.

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ 26 miles walked….

Some of our lovely friends took on the Macmillan Mighty Hike — a full marathon on foot! What an achievement! 👏💪

After all those miles, we thought those aching legs deserved some serious TLC… so we invited them down to Woodside for a cold-water dip followed by a lovely warm sauna. 🔥

There may have been a few questionable noises getting into the lake… 😂 and definitely some very happy legs afterwards!

It was great fun having them all here, catching up, laughing and helping them recover after their epic challenge.

Well done, you lot — absolute superstars! 👏👏
