To book The Chart House in Lee-on-the-Solent, find us on the Simply Owners website. We are booked until June 21st 2026, but we have good availability for the summer months. Prices are based on a £140 per night stay, with a minimum of 4 nights bookable. We also welcome enquiries from anyone needing a longer term let for house moves/contractor stays etc.

The 4 bedroomed detached house is fully furnished and equipped, with Wifi. It is close to shops and the seafront and has good accessibility for anyone needing a groundfloor bedroom and wetroom.

Weather heating up for May Bank Holiday and Lee-on-the-Solent is going to be undoubtedly busy. The Chart House is fully booked until June 21st, but it will be available to book for the summer months.

It has taken a year, but we have transformed the house with the new kitchen extension, utility,front porch and additional parking to the front, making it more spacious.

Just said goodbye to our lovely guests from Cardiff this morning who had a long weekend in the house to visit family in Lee-on-the-Solent. They enjoyed being so close to the seafront and beach. We have weeks/long weekends available in November and December 2018. Get cosy inside or go out exploring Hampshire's beautiful autumnal landscapes: country/coastal walks; woodland parks; city Christmas shopping - all easy to do from Lee-on-the-Solent.

The Chart House has good availability for anyone needing accommodation in Lee-on-the-Solent/Gosport/Fareham in September and October.
It's an ideal base for exploring this part of the South Coast/Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, with coastal walks from the door. The house makes an excellent base for anyone working in the local area. 4 separate bedrooms, one of which is ground floor with a wetroom. Fully equipped, WiFi provided.
