Vacant Positions – Headingley Lodge
Full time and Part time roles
We are currently looking to recruit Receptionists to work in our Lodge. Headingley Lodge is situated at Headingley Stadium in Leeds and boasts a 4 star (accommodation only) rating. The role holder will report to the Lodge Manager and assist in providing a positive experience for all guests that stay in the Lodge.
As the first point of contact for our guests you will be highly customer focused and have excellent communication skills. Your duties will include greeting customers on arrival and assisting with their queries, handling incoming telephone calls, and processing payments for bookings. You will be able to work using your own initiative and have strong interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable with a knowledge of the Rezlynx Booking System (part of Guestline) and Microsoft Outlook, however, training will be provided for the successful candidate.
The full-time role requirement is 40 hours per week, the shifts will be either 7am – 3pm or 3pm -11pm and you also be required to work some night shifts, which are 11pm to 7am. The shift pattern will include weekend working.
The salary for the role will be dependent on your skills, experience and current qualifications.
