September has landed in Leeds 🍂
Summer might be winding down, but the city certainly isn’t. If you’re planning a stay this month, there’s plenty happening across Leeds to add to your itinerary.
Here’s what’s on our radar:
🍺 Leeds International Beer Festival returns to the spectacular Kirkstall Abbey from 3–6 September, bringing together independent breweries from the UK and beyond, street food, DJs and live music.
🪐 Look up at Millennium Square as Planetarium Go! lands in the city from 4–26 September, with immersive shows taking you on a journey through space.
🎭 Make a night of it at Leeds Grand Theatre, with Heathers The Musical and Operation Mincemeat both taking to the stage this September.
🏛️ Heritage Open Days returns from 11–20 September, opening up some of Leeds’ most fascinating buildings and hidden spaces with tours, exhibitions and experiences across the city.
🎨 Leeds Open Studios takes place on 12–13 September, giving you the chance to step inside artists’ studios, discover work in progress and explore the city’s creative side.
✨ A new month, another reason to explore Leeds.
And when you’re ready to call it a day? We’ll be waiting for you back on City Square.
Save this for your September stay 💛
