This is a stunning day out for exploring

Lud’s Church & The Roaches Circular Walk

If you’re looking for a Peak District walk that packs in huge views, dramatic landscapes and a little mystery, this circular route is hard to beat.

The walk combines the towering gritstone ridges of The Roaches with the ancient woodland and moss-covered chasm of Lud’s Church. Add sweeping panoramic views, fascinating legends and some of the area’s most memorable scenery, and you’ve got one of the Peak District’s finest walking adventures.
