So pleased to say that with the Lockdown restrictions being eased we are open for leisure holidays again as from April 12th.

Really looking forward to welcoming guests back to stay in Little Oak.

We are open for bookings, Little Oak is a completely self contained,self catering barn. Guests are independent and we respect their privacy.
Deep cleaned between all guests, every time.
Dog friendly, we have even had Guinea Pigs and Parrots accompany their owners.

Tucked away in a quiet valley in the rural area around Leighton Buzzard this lovely holiday cottage has more character and charm than its name indicates. If you are looking for a secluded retreat not a million miles away from "civilization" this is the place to find peace, quiet, and a stillness that will sooth and refresh even the most jangled of nerves. It was clean, and modern, with touches of rustic charm and a view overlooking green fields and rolling hills. Sara, the owner was welcoming and gracious and provided for guests with those small touches that are so important to making a weekend or a longer visit so successful...home produced honey from her very own hives was a delicious addition to the breakfast eggs and coffee on hand. Thank you Sara for hosting weary city dwellers in Little Oak Barn. Truly worth every one of the 5 stars from this review.

“Sara’s place is an absolute gem, can only say it is a 10 out of 10. So lovely and quiet, very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a great stay is right there, Sara seems to have thought of everything, a real home away from home. Her instructions to arrive at her house are precise and accurate. Sara and Patrick are great people. A perfect stay in every way. Many thanks.”

Lots of very happy guests this summer, we have just been made Super Hosts on AirBnB here are some of our guests lovely feedback comment -

This was our first Airbnb experience and it completely met our expectations. A lovely cosy retreat for two in an idyllic country setting with easy access to many nearby attractions and pubs. We have no hesitation to recommend it to others. Thanks to Sara and Patrick for fresh eggs and honey and for being excellent and friendly hosts.

We have just had the most amazing weekend staying at Little Oak Barn. The accommodation is immaculate and exceptionally well appointed and equipped. Sara the host has thought of everything! Little Oak is set in beautiful countryside away from it all. Perfect for relaxation and enjoying the Buckinghamshire countryside. Angus our dog absolutely loved it! Thank you so much for being great hosts and letting us share your beautiful barn. We hope to return very soon.
