Beautiful!

This stunning shot of St Laurence’s Church was taken by Shropshire based photographer According to Wikipedia, our ‘cathedral of the Marches’ is “the 13th most popular free visitor attraction in the West Midlands”. Did you know that there are 28 misericords in the church, some of which have been beautifully restored recently? And that it holds one of England’s largest collections of late Medieval glass? And that the five wooden screens survived the Reformation and the civil war (thanks for enlightening us on that). So there you have it! You might see it every day but do you really know it? Maybe pop in next time you are passing...

**HEREFORDSHIRE REMEMBERS**

Armistice Day will be recognised throughout the county this weekend as villages and market towns mark the centenary. A time for reflection and remembrance for all the lives that were lost and changed during WW1.
"At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them."

What better way to start a Sunday than riding through Hyde Park? Keep an eye out in Central London over the next few days for The King’s Troop out and about in town!

Sunday Times. I have listed, for my current elderly and delightful guests what they've had to eat, supper and breakfast. We've ticked off no less than 21 of the 50 in this Top 50 . Much chuckling as they leave to visit the Herefordshire churches about which they write, bouncing with renewed vigour !! 😁
