The Shetland hotel and The Waterfront Bar and Grill are looking for a sous chef to assist our long term head chef; the hotel is a modern 64 bedroomed hotel, busy with a mix of tourist and leisure travellers, and non residents for dinner in the waterfront bar and grill.
