It was an honour to host the AAR Walk the Talk 2026: Finding Growth in Change event 🌿 An inspiring day for agency leaders. The event invited delegates to dig deeper, exploring resilience, openness to change, and the power of walking and talking in nature.

The day began with a group discussion to establish the theme, followed by side-by-side conversations on a three-hour walk through the green hills of the South Downs. Along the way, there were moments for sharing, learning, and quiet reflection in the nature.

A delicious lunch was served by , before the afternoon closed with commitments to action and ideas to take forward. Huge thanks to everyone who made this such an authentic, progressive, and transformative day ✨
