Marcus Buckingham lives in LA and is a best selling author and one of the top five motivational speakers in America. For business. Specifically management. But increasingly just for everyone.
His research has concluded in an idea that perhaps artists have a sense of intrinsically, but occasionally need to be reminded of. I cant do justice to what he found out so I thought i would just throw out a few sound bites every now and then.

Why am I referring to an american corporate motivational speaker? good question. well he's my brother. But actually also because i love his message: to live and work fully as who you are, with all your unique idiosynchracies and specificities, rather than trying to fix or be what youre not. Everyone benefits.
Thats a deeply inadequate summary of twenty five years of research. Check it out if youre curious, he explains it a lot better. Like everything the devil's in the detail.

And over here we re aiming to get closer to understanding how to do that. And then where best to bring our strongest happiest most fulfilled selves into a world that clearly needs positive input. A lifes work no doubt.
