In hospitality business you never know what you find until the guest has left. You also guess whether they truly enjoyed their stay until you get a public review. Some guests like to talk to you, others are very private and keep it to themselves, we do not mind either way, we love them all. But when you open the door and find a heartwarming note, a bunch of flowers and the bed carefully made as if no one has been there, you know we have done it right this time, it hit the right spot. Recently we have been very lucky with guests from heaven who clearly enjoyed their stay at Hen Cottage, and this is the best reward to us. Inspired to keep people smiling! 😊❤️🤗
