tel experience', guests are supplied with free tea and coffee making facilities, a private mini-bar, fresh filtered water, clean towels, bathrobes, information pamphlets, and a selection of delicious breakfast options (including cereal, toast, eggs etc). Guests have access to most of the house and are more than welcome to utilise the fully kitted kitchen, dining space and bathroom including all the necessary utensils and toiletries. If you're arriving by car, I can offer guest permits at a very low cost of £2 per day, allowing visitors to park anywhere on Belle Vue Road or Belle Vue Terrace. Please note that parking is free between 6pm and 8am and all day Sundays, so a permit is not required if you intend to park within these times. Approximate walking distances:

My friend Kyle is currently staying in another room of the house and has been helping me to manage the B&B. He is very friendly and can be of further assistance to you if I am not around. I also have a lovely 8 year old dog who is very welcoming and remains downstairs in the house. She is a friendly and well-behaved Akita called Miyoko, although we affectionately call her Momo for short.
