Sometimes the best breaks are the ones you didn't plan months in advance. We have a handful of dates free this month at Bridleway our adults-only luxury B&B tucked away in the Lincolnshire countryside, just 10 minutes from Lincoln's Cathedral Quarter.

Spend the day exploring the city - the Cathedral, the Castle, the independent restaurants and bars of the Bail - then come back to your own private wood-fired hot tub under the open sky. Wake up the next morning to breakfast delivered straight to your door. No rushing down for a sitting. No other guests. Just the two of you, at your own pace.
