Beside the walled garden are the traditional stone buildings of the stable yard and the courtyard where the recently converted Barn is ideal for weddings, conferences and parties. Whether it's for a small private meeting of a sensitive nature, a wedding reception, a product launch, a gala dinner or a retirement party; let Larchfield organise a memorable event that stands out from the standard hotel offerings. The Walled Gardens (c 4 acres in size) and adjoining paddock present an ideal area for welcome drinks and canapés - perhaps with music playing in the background.

🌿 We're looking for a Sales & Events Superstar!

Larchfield Estate — a luxury estate Wedding/Events venue just 20 minutes from Belfast — is hiring an Events & Sales Executive. Full-time, maternity cover with potential to extend.

This is a role with two sides to it. You'll be the warm, confident voice that couples hear first when they enquire - showing them around, building the relationship, converting leads. But you'll also be the person who keeps everything running properly behind the scenes: contracts, CRM, function sheets, the detail that makes it all actually work.

If that sounds like your kind of job, we'd love to hear from you.

What we're looking for:
⭐ Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
⭐ A genuine team player
⭐ Confident and warm with clients
⭐ Comfortable with admin and systems as much as people
⭐ Background in events, hospitality or sales- helpful but not essential
