Our Creative Realignment Retreat at the weekend was an incredibly special time and this video captures it so well.

It’s been a glorious sunny week here at Boduel Valley, with the arrival of the first Swallow, a sign that Summer is just around the corner!

We’re very much in that inbetween stage, with one foot still in Spring and one reaching out into Summer.

The Bluebells and Wild Garlic are out alongside the first Roses, whilst the old Oak Tree is spreading its luscious green leaves and creating welcome shade underneath its canopy.

The Apple and Cherry blossom are out in the orchard and the Newts are peaking out from the Lilly Pads. Isn’t nature wonderful. 💚

We’re delighted to announce an addition to our retreat with Still Wyld on 22 & 23 June, an Alchemy Quartz Crystal Sound Journey. 💚

The wonderful Ronni Alchemy and Serg will be leading the session on the Sunday morning, taking us to realms beyond nourishment.

Singing bowls in sound healing meditation offer health benefits, including stress reduction and improved spiritual wellness. We’re really looking forward to this. 💛

Happy Beltane everyone! Today is Beltane, the Celtic festival celebrating fire, fertility, abundance and new growth. 🔥🌱

In Cornwall, we have our own Beltane traditions, including decorating our front doors with wreaths made from Hawthorne and Sycamore. And in Padstow, Cornwall today they’re celebrating the ‘Obby ‘Oss, which is one of Britain’s oldest festivals.

Whatever you do today, we hope you have a wonderful day welcoming in the new. Much love ❤️
