Pat and Julie are fantastic hosts, they care passionately about their guests to make their stay perfect in every way. Pat is a fantastic cook, the food is perfect & tastes amazing. The standards at Pencubitt are 11/10, everything is top quality, it really is the most perfect stay. We've been going to Pencubitt for many years and it's really a true gem in Liskeard.
Tips for other travellers
Definitely rat at Pencubitt Guest House. We'd recommend going to Looe on the train, Liskeard train station is within walking distance from Pencubitt. Duchy Nursery is a real treat, amazing quality plants & produce. Bodmin jail is worth a visit. Polperro is beautiful & quaint. Lostwithiel is lovely to have a wonder& relax. Truro is a train ride away, so much to see

We loved our stay at Pencubitt House which is charming. Julie and Patrick were welcoming and happy to provide excellent advice re our local travel and sightseeing plans. Our room was comfortable, beautifully appointed and there are lovely sitting rooms (with garden views and excellent bar service). Patrick is a superb chef.

Julie and Patrick made us so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We always stay at Pencubitt House when in Cornwall. It is a fantastic hotel with exceptional facilities. The spotless rooms are so comfortable - we never want to leave.
Patrick's cooking is exceptional and all the food is delicious.
I can thoroughly recommend Pencubitt House to everyone. Can't wait to return.

GREAT NEWS!!...we are now allowed to re-open just in time for summer. We have introduced new measures to make your stay with us as 'Covid Safe' as possible. So, from 9th July our front door will swing open in readiness for our amazing guests. Please book online at www.pencubitt.com for our best rates with nightly discounts. We are both looking forward to greeting everybody with a smile... and a little sigh of relief 😃. Hopefully we'll see you soon at Pencubitt House
