A family hotel where the kids get robes AND I get wine with a view? Now we’re talking…
If you’re planning a family city break to Liverpool, you need to add to your list.
We stayed here during our recent Liverpool trip and it really did give us the best of both worlds - somewhere genuinely family friendly, but still stylish enough that it felt like a little treat for the adults too.
Our room was gorgeous, with two proper beds, plenty of space for the three of us, a huge walk-in shower, coffee machine, mini fridge and some of the comfiest robes… including one which obviously went down VERY well!
And after a busy day exploring Liverpool, sitting in our robes with a cuppa before dinner was exactly what we needed.
We ate at , the restaurant inside the hotel, and the food was incredible. We shared loads of different dishes and it’s the kind of restaurant where the adults can enjoy really good food and wine while the kids are still completely catered for.
Even better - kids eat FREE at Voyagers this summer, and you don’t need to be staying at the hotel to use the offer!
Then came breakfast…
There’s a brilliant buffet with pastries, cereals and loads of fresh fruit, alongside cooked-to-order options. The pancakes were a BIG hit, while I went for the omelette - all washed down with that essential morning coffee.
The location is also ideal for exploring Liverpool, meaning we could pack loads into our trip without spending half our time getting backwards and forwards from the hotel.
And after all that exploring? A glass of wine back in the room with that city view.
Stylish enough for the grown-ups, family friendly enough for the kids and right in the heart of Liverpool - exactly how I like our family city breaks.
SAVE this one for your next Liverpool trip!
