Meet the chefs behind the flavour 👨‍🍳✨

To celebrate International Chefs Day, we’re introducing our Executive Head Chef, Andrew Green, and Head Chef, Matthew Li.

Having worked together for many years across several properties, we’re lucky to now have their talent, experience and shared love of food here at The Municipal.

When we asked about their favourite dishes, their answer was simple: food doesn’t need to be complicated to be delicious. Their advice? Never be afraid of butter or salt when cooking! 🧈🧂

And away from the hotel, their favourite people to cook for? Their families. ❤️

PINK OCTOBER 🩷

Yesterday we partnered with Girls On The Go to host our Pink October charity walk, coming together to Move & Care in support of breast cancer awareness🩷

Following a group walk around the city we got to hear from some incredible women, providing inspiration and advice, sharing how to spot the signs, and the most important reminder to check your breasts regularly, no matter what age you are, as it could save your life🎗️

We'd like to thank everyone for getting involved, and an extra special thankyou to Stacey, Joanne, Zara and Nikaela for sharing their stories with us🩷

If you didn't get a chance to join us but want to support this amazing cause, we are fundraising for the wonderful University of Liverpool's Hospital Charity, who provide breast cancer care and support to so many in the Liverpool area.
