Happy New Year! ❤️ It's been a glorious day down in The Lizard 🦎. Little Pentire and Pentire Studio are open all year round. So if you are suffering the winter blues and want a change of scenery, come and enjoy winter blues of a different kind 🌊💙.

As the sun sets on 2023, it's time to take a moment to reflect on the year. We've certainly packed a lot in, with lots of people coming to stay, buying a Motorhome to add to our rental portfolio, and taking 5 weeks off to go on our own adventure around France 🇫🇷 in the Motorhome following the Rugby World Cup.

But I do love coming home..........

The Lizard is still (to me) the most fantastic place on earth to live and Alan and I love it when our guests, new and returning (many with their beloved pooches) share our enthusiasm and passion for everything this little part of Cornwall has to offer.

This year, Little Pentire has been the place of a proposal ❤️ she said yes 💍 😍 , we've had honeymooners, birthday celebrations, solo travellers looking for rest and respite, sisters, friends, but the one request i wasnt expecting was that of a couple wanting to bring their pet gerbil 😅😅😅 Timmy was probably my favourite guest of the year and followed all the house rules!! He was accompanied by the lovely Louise and Jack and I believe he had a very restful holiday 😀.

Who knows who will come and stay with us next year, but from Alan and me (Rachel), we wish you a very Happy New Year, cheers and good health to all 🥰❤️

I've had had a cancellation for the 18th July, 7 nights for my gorgeous Studio apartment in the heart of The Lizard Village. You don't have to book all 7 nights, it's a 3 night minimum stay and you can bring your dog for free!!

The Lizard Village has lots to offer with pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops and the best ice cream ever at The Lizard Ice Cream and Fudge Shop. But of course the biggest attraction of all is the coastline and the glorious walks along the South West Coast Path 😍 to Kynance Cove, Cadgwith Cove, Mullion Cove. 🌊🏖💙❤️💙🌞

Happy Summer Solstice everyone 🌞❤️

This morning's walk to Kynance Cove was just beautiful but I cannot believe we are half way through the year already 😭.

If you haven't visited The Lizard and Kynance Cove, I still have some availability in July and August for you to see for yourself just how stunning this area is!

You can chose from Little Pentire, Britain's most Southerly Shepherd's Hut 😁, her big sister Pentire Studio 😁 or if you are wanting a camping experience with a lot more luxury, book a pitch at one of our local Campsites and we will deliver our Motorhome - The Duchy to you 😍😍😍.

We are situated in the heart of The Lizard Village 🦎 and just a scone's throw from some amazing walks along the South West Coast Path.
