At midwaleslodges.co.uk we take our time to discuss all the individual requirements of our guests so they are reassured that all their needs are met for their holiday. This maybe individual requirements of specific equipment, like profiling beds, shower wheel chair, hoists etc. It will probably include discussing about local accessible tourist attractions, local things to do , accessible cafes and pubs etc. We pride ourselves on knowing the local area and giving honest advice to all woodbe guests. We are graded 5 star self catering accommodation this grading we take seriously, we always try to give the very best experience to our guests. Our reviews exemplify these ethos. A few days of rain is helping the countryside to regreen, it's lovely to see mid Wales starting to bloom again. In the mountains of mid Wales it's unusual to see a drought. We normally get quite a bit of rain even in the summer, so the fields remain green. Happy bank holiday everyone, be safe and happy cheers Richard

The rain has stopped and the sun has made an appearance, it's great to have rain again in mid Wales, the ground is parched but green shoots are returning. We are in the finals for the powys business awards, the judges were here today. They had useful comments about our lodges and we believe were impressed with what we have accomplished.

A family of 6 , with 3 disabled children, our lodge was able to provide fully accessible holiday, we made available 2 hoists, 2 profiling beds one with an air flow mattress, shower wheel chair and shower trolley, it worked. Tge gantry hoist allowed their son to enjoy the hottub. The family said for the first time ever they could experience a real holiday. This is why we built the lodges, so upto 4 disabled people could stay in the same lodge. They had a wonderful time and I know they will return. It is great to provide this service to families that just can't find the accommodation they really need. Our link as always midwaleslodges.co.uk
