Such a happy, jolly scene this evening! Tipping with rain but that doesn’t stop a Fforest Fielder. Children dancing and cycling round and round, card games, story telling and catching up with best friends. Milkshakes, ice creams, cakes, the odd grown-up hot chocolate 😉 washing down a delicious Tandoori G

A few of the tasties on sale in the cafe, trying to keep to the ethics of selling Welsh produce, one or two slip over from Herefordshire! (But the wine is definitely not Welsh or English, red, white and fizzy!) Wake-up-coffee, teas, special milkshakes and soft drinks, Welsh oggies and sausage rolls. Chill in the courtyard or take back to your tent, relax, enjoy, iechyd da! 😉

Suddenly there’s an autumn feel to the air, early morning mists filling the valley. I must admit that it’s my favourite season, the colours, the cooler days and chilly nights, that start drawing in, ripe apples on the trees, blackberries in the hedges.
