We are a 4 star graded small luxury boutique B&B hotel located on the Promenade of Llandudno, North Wales with a 9.7 Booking.com review rating and 5 star Tripadvisor and Google.
We are now looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated Head housekeeper with a passion for hospitality to assist in maintaining our exceptional high standards and join our friendly team.

Contract -
📑12 hours per week temporary over 6 months starting early May (overtime available)
💰competitive rate of pay dependant on experience exceeds national minimum wage

Responsibilities-
🛏️ clean and prepare guest rooms including changing bed linen, dusting, vacuuming, sanitisation of bathrooms and replenishment of amenities and cleaning products.
Receive and prepare stock deliveries of linen.
📝 report maintenance and safety hazards immediately to ensure guest and team safety
🧹 public areas clean and tidy to include hallway, lounge and restroom
🚮 dispose of waste responsibly ensuring hotel policies of recycling are adhered to
🤩provide exceptional customer
service by responding to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
🥰 lead and motivate a small team to achieve high standards within set timeframes and work independently as required

Skills-
⏰Reliable, punctual and able to be flexible to the fast paced demands of the business
🛏️previous housekeeping experience essential
🗣️good communication skills able to listen and engage with a friendly disposition
🗂️strong organisation skills with an eye for detail
