We have been made aware of a scam message that is being sent to some of our guest who have upcoming stays with us reserved through Booking.com. The issue is a Booking.com problem, not our own.
We are looking into this, but please be aware that any communication that has not been signed off by Grace or Sam has not come from us and should not be acted on.
Please always feel free to call us on 01492 877776 or email us at [email protected] should you ever feel the need to check if communication regarding your stay has come from us.
The scam message read as follows:

We would like to inform you that your reservation for the following dates is currently pending verification:
Stay dates: xx/xx/xx - xx/xx/xx
To ensure that your booking remains confirmed and that we can prepare for your arrival, please take a moment to review and complete the missing information associated with your reservation.
You can update the required details using the secure form below:

Once the requested information has been provided, your reservation will remain active in our system. This is not an emergency procedure.
Please note that reservations with incomplete information may be subject to cancellation in accordance with our booking policies.
