A quick update from The Stella!

Many of you know that we’ve previously offered dog sitting for guests while they explored Llandudno. However, we’re no longer able to provide this service as Kristin now has a resident back-of-house dog, Oakley, who has joined the Stella family. ❤️

While Oakley is very much part of the team, his arrival means we can no longer offer dog sitting or dog care during guest stays.

Our policy regarding unattended dogs remains unchanged: dogs must not be left alone in guest rooms when you’re off the premises. This helps ensure the comfort, safety and wellbeing of all our guests, both human and canines alike.

We’re still as dog-friendly as ever and continue to provide all the dog amenities you’ve come to expect, with no additional pet fees.

Thank you for your understanding regarding this service change.

We look forward to welcoming you and your canine companions to The Stella soon! 🐾 ♥️

News from The Stella! 🐾❤️

After losing her beloved Buxley in 2023, Kristin has finally welcomed a new canine companion: Oakley, a friendly 2-year-old Staffie ❤️

Oakley is The Stella’s new back-of-house mascot, keeping Kristin company behind the scenes. While he won’t be in guest areas, you’ll often spot him out exploring Llandudno, especially his favourite place, West Shore Beach! 🌊🐶

Please join us in giving Oakley a warm Stella welcome! 🐾

At The Stella, we're passionate about creating a safe and welcoming environment for our canine guests. That's why we support proposals to introduce greater restrictions on fireworks.
