Back for Spring 2026 we are offering Bed, Breakfast & Evening meal deals. Our small but perfectly formed Evening Menu changes seasonally. Plus, we create a bespoke menu to suit guests' likes, dislikes or allergies, and it can be 2 or 3 courses. All meals are served in your private dining area, with wonderful views of the countryside. Stays, including evening meals, can be for 1 night or several. If guests would like to sample the many wonderful eateries within our area, then of course the rate is purly B & B, please feel free to contact me for more information.

Morning from a wet and windy "Swallows", however warm, welcoming and cosy inside. Thankfully, this weekend is looking brighter, drier and crisp, ideal for a walk along the beaches.

I have been asked by several guests for Gift Vouchers, which can be given to family or friends for a part or full stay, at a date of their choice, subject to availability.

The Autumn weather is amazing, dry, no wind and mild, just the weather for spotting our local dolphins in New Quay, walking the coastal path, shows the seasonal change of colour in our countryside at its best. Then head back to our B and B for a relaxing evening in your warm and cosy room with lovely views.
