We spent a few hours at ‘s open day & loved it. The talk from owner Ellen was fascinating - who knew distilling could be so interesting! We had to do a lot of taste testing to choose from so many craft gins, vodkas, rums & whiskeys but we settled on one of our favourites, their signature style gin & Madam Geneva made with angelica, wild sunflower & fresh citrus 🍸😋

A truly local Welsh business right down to its boots; the grain for the whiskey is grown right outside the distillery & a few miles away & is malted, distilled & matured on site, the waste from the whiskey stills is given back to the local farmer who feeds it to his cows & the water used is from their own bore hole. In the Welsh Wind are putting Welsh craft spirits on the map🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Cardigan Guildhall has recently opened after being beautifully renovated. It’s a grade II building built in 1860 & it’s wonderful to see it still going strong with lots of lovely market traders.

We had a nice chat with Bev from The Craft Wife of Teifi who designs & embellishes her jumpers that are made from recycled plastic bottles. ❤️

Eco glamping adventures in West Wales. Stay in our awesome, spacious, toasty, comfy, glamorous, scenic, child-friendly (or romantic) geo-domes & our shepherd’s hut on our 3-acre countryside site 10 minutes from 3 beautiful beaches & close to 9 more.

Great facilities, gorgeous views, eco ethos & family run business with heart, soul & a personal touch. We’ve thought of all the big things & the small things to ensure our guests, of all ages, experience something unique & special. We have real king-size & single beds, a hand-built wooden camp kitchen that is well stocked & spacious, a large indoor barbecue cabin, wood burners in all accommodation, your own Kadai firepit for outdoor fires & cooking, a great children’s play area, heated wet rooms, lots of space, dark, starry skies & a connection with the wonderful Welsh countryside.
