🏡❤️ **A weekend away that could mean so much more than just a holiday!** ✨

We've welcomed plenty of guests to Synod Cottage over the years, but this weekend stay is a little different...

Because this time, we're giving it away for a very special reason! 🥰

We were delighted to attend the Sparkles & Wishes Ball, raising funds for the incredible **Make-A-Wish UK** charity, which helps create life-changing experiences for children with critical illnesses. 🌟

We were invited by our good friend from school, Stuart Barrow, whose company, Promoting Independence Ltd, generously sponsored the drinks for the evening. 🥂

And we wanted to do our bit too!

So, alongside buying raffle tickets (because you've got to be in it to win it! 😂), we donated...

At Synod Cottage, our off-peak prices are:

🏡 Mon–Thu: £160 per night 👥 4 sharing = £40 each 👥 6 sharing = just £26.67 each

🏡 Fri–Sun: £195 per night 👥 4 sharing = £48.75 each 👥 6 sharing = just £32.50 each

So a 3-night weekend for 6 people works out at £97.50 each for the whole stay.

Some views just don’t fit into a phone camera…

Last night over New Quay was one of them.

The sky turned the softest pinks and purples, the water went almost completely still, and the sun slowly disappeared behind the bay. The photos are lovely, but they still don’t quite capture how good it looked in real life.

One of those moments where you stop what you’re doing for five minutes and just look.

And this is only a few miles from Synod Cottage.

If you like your breaks with sea air, sunsets, coastal walks and somewhere quiet to come back to afterwards… West Wales does this sort of thing rather well.
