We bring together families, adults, parents, single folk, elders, kids, dogs, campers, van-lifers and tent-dwellers for simple, grounding days and nights in nature.

Our next April Community Camping and Healing Weekend Gathering is 24th to 26th April here on our land in South West Wales.

It’s a full weekend.
Camping.
Activities.
Connection.
Space to rest.
And a place where your children are safe and happy so you can actually breathe.

Children 16 and under are free.
Campervans are welcome at no extra cost.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at no extra cost.

We also offer payment plans, because we know these things can feel like a lot all in one go.

You don’t need to come with anyone.
You don’t need to be confident.
You don’t need to know what you’re doing.
Most people who book feel nervous and relieved at the same time.

Places are limited because what we offer only works when it stays small and supported.
And April is already starting to fill.

Are you team early morning sunrise or team late night looking at the stars?

I want to gently reassure anyone looking at the 8am start time and doing the mental maths.

You don’t arrive to rush.
You arrive to warmth.

You arrive to a fire already going.
A hot drink in your hands.
Time to settle, sit, and ease into the morning.

We are not marching anywhere.
There is no pressure to perform.
No one is expecting you to be wide awake and sparkling.

You come as you are.
Wrapped up. A little sleepy. Exactly right.

And from there, the day unfolds slowly and naturally.
Sunrise. Drumming. Cacao. Circles. Food. Rest. Sound.

By 3pm, you are heading home having done something deeply nourishing
And the rest of your day is still yours.

Sometimes getting up early is not about effort.
It’s about intention.

And this is one of those days.

Do you ever feel like life has just got… heavier?

Not in a dramatic way.
Just in that quiet, constant “I’m so tired and I don’t even know why anymore” kind of way.

So many women I speak to — especially in the peri/meno years — say things like:

“I’m holding everyone else’s emotions as well as my own.”
“I don’t feel like me right now.”
“I’m exhausted but I can’t switch off.”
“I just want one day where nobody needs anything from me.”

The emotional load in midlife is real.

Between family pressure, changes in your body, emotional swings, work stress, and the constant mental load… it can feel like you’re carrying the whole world on your shoulders.

And you’re still expected to smile, cope, and be the strong one.

Next Saturday I’m hosting a small, nurturing Womb Healing Day Retreat here on our mountain land — a gentle day of grounding, rest, connection, and being held in a cosy yurt.

It’s a chance to put everything down for a few hours.
To breathe.
To reconnect to your body.
To be supported, instead of supporting everyone else.

"It Was Never Your Fault, My Darling…"

Last week I sat with a client who bravely opened the door to her past.
We journeyed deep into Inner Child work—and something incredible happened.

She saw, truly saw, how all the overwhelm she feels in her adult life…
The not being heard.
The not feeling wanted.
The constant people-pleasing.
The "why do things keep going wrong?" feeling…

It all linked back to her childhood.

To a little girl who was blamed for things that weren’t hers to carry.
A little girl who never felt like she fitted in.
Who wasn’t listened to.
Who felt invisible and unloved.

And in that session, she reconnected with her little one.
