The food deserves its own moment in the spotlight… and so does the team behind it! 😍

There’s so much that goes into making a wedding day special, and here at Sylen Lakes, we’re incredibly lucky to have our own talented chef and wonderful catering team bringing it all together.

From those delicious little canapés enjoyed with a drink after the ceremony, to the wedding breakfast and everything in between, it’s all prepared with care, pride and a genuine love of good food.

And we couldn’t be prouder of the people working behind the scenes. The hard work, the attention to detail and the friendly faces looking after our guests make such a difference to every celebration at The Lake House.

And the good news? You don’t have to be attending a wedding to enjoy our food!

Our next Sunday Lunch is 25th October, and we’d love you to come along, enjoy a proper Sunday roast and let our lovely team look after you.

Some wedding days just leave you smiling long after they’re over. 🤍

And Mr & Mrs Dawson’s was definitely one of them! From the excitement of the morning to all the love, laughter and celebrations that followed, what a wonderful day to be part of.

There’s something so lovely about seeing two people so happy, surrounded by everyone who means the world to them. And knowing that Sylen Lakes gets to be a little part of their love story makes it even more special.

We’re looking for someone new to join our Sylen Lakes team!

We’re on the lookout for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic bar staff to join us here at The Lake House.

Most of our shifts are on Saturdays, so this could be a great fit for students or anyone looking for flexible weekend work. We also host events during the week, so there may be opportunities to pick up some extra hours too.

A little about what we’re looking for:
• You must be 18+
• Previous bar experience is preferred
• Cocktail-making experience would be a bonus, but don’t worry full training can be provided
• A full driving licence and access to a car is essential
• Most importantly, we’re looking for someone friendly, dependable and great with people
