We would like to hear from you if you have had experience before as a Kitchen Assistant or KP - although experience is not necessary.
You will be supporting our team of chefs by assisting with food preparation, operating the dishwasher, and keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and safe.
This could be an ideal position for someone looking to start in a commercial kitchen. Full training will be provided and there is plenty of opportunity for promotion to chef.

Our Story

The Vista Lounge, formerly known as Le Caprice was bought and developed by the Jenkins family. Paul Jenkins was determined to develop a new venue for Llanelli that offered delicious food and drink in sophisticated surroundings. Le Caprice became synonymous with quality and entertainment. A major refurbishment was undertaken in 2010. The Vista Lounge was born! In 2015 Paul converted the office spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors into hotel accommodation. We now have 20 luxurious rooms available.

The menu at Vista Lounge is our pride and joy, making us a venue with a difference. Home cooked food prepared with love from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether early morning breakfasts, brunch, lunch or dinner, our culinary creations are delightful! We have a full lunch menu, specials menu and stunning desserts.

The Vista Lounge is also known for its busy, vibrant night life. We have live music, a resident DJ on Saturdays and a huge array of drinks and beverages on offer. The Vista Lounge boasts ample space for all kinds of events and functions. Large or small, events and celebrations can be organised and coordinated by our dedicated staff members . Whether it's a private dinner, large birthday bash or a simple business lunch, our innovative menus, sophisticated surroundings, warm service and competitive prices will ensure your event will be one to remember.
