Hello all, it’s been a bit of a long haul what with one thing and another but we hope to be in a position now to open from Wednesday 3rd June from 12pm onwards through to Saturdays.
We will be offering a lite lunchtime menu to include a late breakfast for those that want to ease into the day.
Coffee and tea, and of course cake and sandwiches will also be available.
Sundays for the moment we will not be open but will be doing a Sunday lunch on the last Sunday of each month pre booked only. We are happy however to discuss group bookings on any other Sunday if required ie large family or various clubs having a drive out. We are hoping to work on a basic everyday menu and offer specials and possibly have some themed nights.

We are on the look out for a pool table, table tennis table etc so keep a look out if you could. May need some bodies to help lift. ;)

Hi, the next coffee morning on the 21st will be postponed as we have the privilege of hosting have a funeral tea which I think some of you will be attending.
The next lunch meeting will be on the 28th May and will be choice of homemade quiche and salad with some chips or cottage pie and vegetables.
Puddings will be chocolate trifle or bread and butter pudding, followed by coffee.
Next coffee morning will be 4th of June, how time flys!

Our next Sunday lunch will be available on 24th May bookings preferred if possible. Bar meals,tea, coffee, beer, Gin etc will be available though from tomorrow at 12.

At the last coffee morning it was felt that a lunch club once a month might be an idea so we are going ahead on Thursday 30th April at 1pm with a two course lunch followed by coffee.
It would be nice and informal and hopefully the weather will keep improving enough for a nice stroll down to Pen Y Bont.
We will start off with lasagne or fish pie but if you are able to indicate if you would like to come that would be very helpful.

Hi, sorry we are not so good at the social media stuff just yet but wanted to remind everyone that this Friday is Will and Hannah’s wedding day so we won’t be serving food from Thursday through to Saturday however we will be serving drinks for any one who fancies a pint or a G&T etc.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but obviously is a special day for us and for anyone that wishes please do pop in Friday evening if you feel like it as you will be more than welcome.

The road across the bridge is lethal and a 4x4 has just skidded into front of pub luckily the plant pots and sadly one of the new heavy weight benches has taken the impact.
Please be really careful as it is lethal out there. Luckily no one hurt.
