However, you will appreciate that this camping meadow is located on a working farm in the countryside with unfenced river frontage, steep banks and by its very nature, will have trip hazards and other risks.
1. When camping at Henbont you accept that we cannot be held liable for any accident or injury sustained during your visit and accept no responsibility for loss or damage of your property.
In making this booking you are accepting full responsibility for yourself, your booking party, your children and you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Campfires are permitted ideally using the firepit provided (no large bonfires please). Please be sensible as fires are entirely at your own risk.
3. Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Children must be supervised at all times. No large single s*x groups permitted unless previously agreed in advance.
4. Although the meadow is exclusive for each booking sound can travel in the countryside and as such, we would request that you be mindful of noise particularly late at night. We specifically request that between 11pm and 7am that no music is played and noise is kept to a minimum.
5. No fireworks or Chinese lanterns are allowed to be let off – we have livestock that can be easily frightened and animals can choke on the debris.
6. The meadow will be available from 12 noon on the first day and must be vacated by 11am on your day of departure. Other times by arrangement.
7. Well behaved dogs are allowed but must be kept under control at all times especially around any livestock. Any fouling must be cleaned up immediately.
8. Parking is not possible in the meadow but vehicles can be parked a short walk away in a nearby field with hardstanding. Parking space is limited so please share vehicles when possible. All vehicles are parked at their owners’ risk.
9. If for any reason beyond our control i.e., extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to close the site. A full refund would be given.
10. Please follow the countryside code, making sure to close gates and do not feed or attempt to pet the livestock. Always remember this is a working farm.
11. Bags of logs are available to purchase on site. However, you are welcome to bring your own logs if you wish, but please use clean logs only - no MDF, chipboard, pallets or doors etc.
12. We have a bin for dog waste and dirty nappies but we would appreciate other rubbish be taken home on departure.
13. We ask for a 50% deposit payable within 48 hrs of booking which is fully refundable if cancelled more that 14 days before arrival date. Deposit is non-refundable/transferable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival. The balance is payable on arrival.
