Jasmine Cottage is a detached all en suite holiday cottage set in its own grounds on a quiet lane close to Llangollen, North Wales. The cottage features three bedrooms and a parking bay for two large vehicles. A downstairs bedroom can be set up as superking or twin beds depending on guest requirements. ce and oak porch at the front of the cottage are great to catch the Summer morning sunshine. A private terrace at the back has barbecue and sunbathing facilities, the choice is yours! Although the location is quiet, there are plenty of local amenities within walking distance. Cross the road at the bottom of the lane and the Abbey Farm bistro beckons. A lovely walk in the opposite direction takes you to the Britannia Inn, renowned for country sized portions and great ales! An even better walk either over the top of Velvet Hill or on the country lane around the hill leads to the Horseshoe Falls and the Chainbridge Hotel at the head of the Llangollen canal. There are a wealth of outdoor activities on offer in the area, from fishing and canoeing to horse riding, rock climbing and mountain biking. The most popular activity, however, is walking. Jasmine Cottage is located close to several national walking trails and they can all be enjoyed, straight from the doorstep. A particularly good day out is to catch the Llangollen steam train at Berwyn station, travel to the terminus at Corwen and walk the ten miles or so back down the Dee Valley Way.
