We have been enjoying this wonderful summer by eating outside most evenings which is perfect as inside is slightly more rustic. We have been working hard inside so it’s very handy to be able to utilise the outdoors and chill out! 🥴😂🏡.

We have been here just over 4 weeks and over that time we have been busy working in and outside of the house and arranging quotes for necessary work. It's good to see the sun shining outside today as it helps when you have a day of working outside. Have a happy Sunday everyone 🙏☀️🏡

We are here but we have not had much time to post many pictures as we have been very busy and we have still not unpacked but we are getting there and it's been lovely having family visiting. So if you want to follow our journey as we start to renovate the house we will show you our progress as we turn it into our home 🏡

The day has come to say goodbye, this has been such a stressful move, right up to the last hour it was touch and go as to whether we could complete in time. We wish the new owners lots of luck and happiness in Ty Capel. We will be changing the name of our social media accounts to our new house where you can follow the renovations and eventually our new holiday rental project. Once we have the new social media for the new owners of Ty Capel we will let you know so you can continue to follow them. We wish thank all our customers and hope our regulars will continue to enjoy Ty Capel under its new owners Rob and Maggie 🙏🏡🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Happy New Year to you all, we are still here but we closed just before Christmas, we have not exchanged contracts yet, it has been taking much longer than we anticipated and are after spending Christmas and New Year with family, for the first time in a long while we have the house to ourselves and making the most of the views each morning. Once we have a date we can start packing and we will also continue this account on our new adventure in 2025! 🙏🏡
