It's been a busy weekend for me as I completed my challenge. I've used the motivation of this challenge to start the Teifi Valley Trail, which I have now reached the halfway point.

We are well placed for people wanting to walk the trail as we are only a couple of miles from the mid point of the 83 mile trail. And I'd be happy to help walkers get to and from their walks if needed.

It's another lovely day here in Llanwenog with wall to wall sunshine. If you have the time and fancy getting away for a few days, we have availability at our luxury 4 bedroom holiday home from 1st to the 5th June. We are offering these 4 nights at the reduced rate of £750.

Morning everyone, I hope you are having a lovely weekend.

Today has started beautifully. Sat on my newly made bench by the pond. The only noise is birdsong (including tree creepers, nuthatch, chiffchaff and wrens). And this view with the valley full of dragons' breath.

It is just stunning today.
